The villa is located between the outward and inbound Tom
Watson designed course, the most challenging golf course
of the 3 Courses that the Reunion Resort is world-known
for and played during the annual LPGA tournaments. The
courses' design by Palmer, Watson and Nicholas, are some

The villa has its very own south facing pool surrounded
by trees and green foliage for privacy and comes complete
with a beautiful jacuzzi tub. It has plenty of loungers,
with an outdoor barbecue to facilitate a really relaxed
alfresco dining experience. The villa itself has been professionally
furnished to the highest standards, and the location of
this gated resort property is superb, within 12 minutes
(or 5 miles) of Orlando's main attractions yet a world
away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds of tourists,
as this villa ensures the utmost privacy and quiet seclusion.
The detached double garage, which is host to our upgraded
games and entertainment room, is to the rear of the property,
the two being connected by a "covered walkway" at ground
floor level!
Boasting pool and foosball tables and other equipment, the villa has a large living area overlooking the private pool, with a 50 inch widescreen plasma high definition television, and a separate dining area for family and friends to get together and catch up over the evening meal. This villa really is the perfect setting to get together and enjoy each other's company.
There is plenty of room to stretch out in the villa. Particular
features are the elevated ceilings and high windows which,
together with the beautiful fixtures and fittings, provide
a palatial setting which is truly in a class of its own.
The interior design of this villa was completed to surpass
the Ginn Reunion profiles that set a very high standard
to any of the Reunion rental programmes.
As if all this wasn't enough, the extras with this house are unparalleled, including stereo systems, upgraded electronics, and plasma televisions throughout the home. All bedrooms have 19" flat
screen LCD TVs and full cable service along with free hi
speed wireless Internet (own laptops required).
The Dining Room setting is ideal for that special occasion meal or corporate
dinner that could be cooked before your very eyes by our own Cordon Bleu
chef and served by our silver service ladies (direct fee payable locally).

The villa is very spacious with over 2500 sq ft
of living area over 2 floors. It is luxuriously appointed
throughout including ceramic tile floors and professionally
furnished.
The large emperor master suite includes a tub as well
as a walk-in shower. There are a further 2 queen-size
bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms with quality bedding
throughout. The main living and family area has a large
screen 50 inch TV with a DVD player and books for your
enjoyment. A separate dining room provides a quiet
area for dining plus a kitchen nook for those quick
snacks and access to the pool deck area. The large
fully equipped kitchen has every imaginable requirement
that you could ever want to create those snacks or
a full cordon bleu feast. Also there is a full laundry
room with washing machine and dryer. There is an iron
and ironing board (or daily maid services if you require
at an extra charge.).
The whole villa is air/heat
conditioned for your comfort. Linens and towels are
provided free of charge. If you are travelling with
a baby, a portable cot, stroller and highchair is also
provided at no extra charge.
